    Book on WhatsApp

    Send us your unit type (BTO / resale / condo / rental), handover or renovation stage, and preferred date. We confirm availability the same day.

  2. Step 02

    On-site Inspection

    Our trained inspectors run a structured sweep — architectural, electrical, plumbing and safety. Typical inspections take 2 to 4 hours depending on size.

  3. Step 03

    Detailed Defect Report

    You receive a photo-tagged report within 24 to 48 hours, organised room by room and ready to share with your contractor or developer.

  4. Step 04

    Submission to Contractor

    For our three-trip package, we submit the defects directly to the main contractor or developer in their preferred format, with a copy to you.

  5. Step 05

    Re-inspection & Lifetime Support

    We return to verify rectification, close out the snag list, and remain available for WhatsApp consultations long after the project is closed.
