Must I report all defects within 7 days from key collection?

No. Your Defects Liability Period runs for 12 months from your key collection date. You can raise defects throughout that window — as long as you have not started renovation or moved in.

Will you submit the defects in the developer's format?

Yes. As part of our three-trip package we submit defects directly to the main contractor or developer in their required format, with a copy sent to you. For single-trip packages we send the report to you directly.

Yes. Our defect reports are accepted by main contractors and developers in Singapore, and have been used in CASE and small-claims matters when required.

Yes. We offer lifetime off-site consultation on defects found in your unit via WhatsApp, so you can reach our inspectors long after handover.

Do you inspect resale and post-renovation units?

Yes. We cover BTO, EC, condo, landed and resale units, as well as pre- and post-renovation inspections and tenancy condition reports.

How long does an inspection take?

Typically 2 to 4 hours depending on unit size and condition. The defect report is usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours after the inspection.

Yes — subject to inspector availability. Weekend slots fill up quickly during peak BTO handover periods, so book early where possible.
